What we do

Five trades, one contractor

Masonry, concrete, demo and excavation, commercial snow removal, and water mitigation, all in York, Pennsylvania.

Masonry

Brick, block, and stone. Foundations and piers on the structural side; veneer, chimneys, fireplaces, steps, and retaining walls on the finish side. It is the trade the business is named for.

Concrete

Flatwork and formed concrete: footers, slabs, walks, driveways, and patios, including stamped and colored finishes. Concrete gets poured once and lived on for decades, so what goes in underneath it matters as much as the surface.

Excavation, footers, and block retaining walls.

Demo & excavation

Taking down what is there and opening up the ground for what comes next: demolition, digging, grading, backfill, and footer trenches. Getting the ground right is what keeps the masonry above it from moving.

Demolition, digging, grading, backfill, footer trenches

Water mitigation

Getting water away from a structure, and dealing with what it has already done: drainage, footer drains, regrading, and repairs to wet basements and foundation walls. Water damage compounds, so it is worth looking at sooner rather than later.

For property managers & commercial accounts

Commercial snow removal

Winter is a liability problem before it's a weather problem. A lot that isn't cleared by opening is a hazard for tenants, customers, and whoever has to answer for it afterward. LRM clears commercial lots, drives, and walkways on a seasonal basis, so a property manager has one contractor to call instead of chasing down whoever is available after a storm.

Who this is for: property managers, commercial landlords, and business owners with lots, drives, or walkways to keep clear.

Who you're calling

One call, one contractor

LRM Masonry is a one-stop shop for concrete, brick, and excavation in York, Pennsylvania. The digging, the footers, and the wall that goes on top of them don't have to be three different phone calls. One crew handles the job start to finish.

Landon Myers learned the trade the way it's been handed down in his family for generations: by laying brick, and standing behind it.
